In the supplementary convertible loan issue that the company carried out during the period 26 February to 6 March 2024, a total of SEK 1,990,000 was subscribed by a total of 50 subscribers. This supplementary convertible issue was carried out as a result of the great interest shown at the convertible loan issue in January, which was oversubscribed by SEK 830,000.
- It is incredibly gratifying to see that the interest in this convertible was so great that we received subscriptions of more than twice the oversubscribed amount in January, says CEO Henrik Båge in a comment.
The allocation decision has been made and invoices will be sent out on Friday to those who have subscribed.
